ROTOLOAD to Exhibit at Rotoplas 2026 in New Orleans, Booth 200

Richmond Hill, Ontario |  October 2026

WITTMANN BATTENFELD Canada Inc. will exhibit its ROTOLOAD powder automation system at Booth 200 at Rotoplas 2026, the largest exhibition dedicated to the rotational moulding industry, taking place November 17-19, 2026, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Rotoplas 2026 is hosted by the Association of Rotational Molders (ARM) at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and brings together rotomolders, material suppliers, mould makers and equipment manufacturers from around the world. ROTOLOAD is one of more than 70 companies listed in the official exhibitor directory.

At Booth 200, the ROTOLOAD team will meet with rotomoulding plant owners, operations managers and engineers to discuss how automating powder handling can improve shot-weight consistency, reduce manual bucket handling and resin loss, and create a traceable record of material use across shifts.

What visitors can discuss at Booth 200

  • Direct-to-mold dispensing: weighed shots delivered straight into the mould through retractable dispense hardware, including multi-colour systems serving several machines.
  • Bucket and tote filling: recipe-based filling with barcode or RFID identification and a pneumatic lid assembly that helps reduce powder pluming.
  • Mixer feeding and central conveying: metered powder feed to mixers, and central vacuum systems that can operate up to six ROTOLOAD units from a powder room or silo.
  • Payback and ROI: a walkthrough of the ROTOLOAD ROI Calculator, which estimates annual savings and payback from reduced labour, resin loss and scrap.

Built for the rotational moulding industry

ROTOLOAD is a powder conveying and gravimetric weigh-dispensing platform developed by the engineering team at WITTMANN BATTENFELD Canada, the Canadian member of the WITTMANN Group. Since 2015, more than 600 ROTOLOAD units have been deployed in the USA, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. The system was designed by Rob Miller, President of WITTMANN BATTENFELD Canada, who received the Canadian Plastics Industry Association’s Plastics Innovator Award in 2015 for its development.
